Experiencing strong growth, Ideal Can is seeking a versatile and proactive Administrative Technician to support our daily operations and management team, at the Saint-Apollinaire (QC) facility. A permanent, full-time job, from Monday through Thursday 8:00-17:00, and Friday 8:00-12:00.​

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Technician

Manage front desk duties: welcome visitors and handle incoming phone calls

Provide administrative support to management and various departments

Perform administrative follow-ups: emails, calls, return calls, and schedule management
-
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and overall administrative efficiency

Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, follow-ups, filing, and support of financial processes)
-
Provide support in human resources: administrative follow-ups and coordination of certain HR activities
-
Perform any other related tasks

Candidate Profile
​​
-
Diploma in administration, office administration, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
-
Experience in a similar administrative role (strong asset)
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
-
Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
