HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to support our leaders and drive people initiatives across the organization. This role contributes to organizational performance by aligning HR practices with business objectives and fostering a strong workplace culture. 

Job Description

  • Advise and support managers in the day-to-day management of their teams (performance, coaching, employee relations);

  • Participate in workforce planning and team organization;

  • Ensure consistency and implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes;

  • Support the management of complex cases (discipline, health, accommodation, performance);

  • Lead the people-related aspects of transformation and organizational change projects, supporting managers in planning, communication, and implementation;

  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience and HR Marketing Manager to foster team engagement and sustainable adoption of new practices;

  • Ensure follow-up and compliance of required professional licenses and work authorizations (professional orders, right to practice, or work permits for foreign employees), in collaboration with managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Legal Affairs;

  • Provide functional guidance to the Employee Experience and HR Marketing Manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist regarding HR needs to be translated into messaging or visibility initiatives;

  • Perform any other related duties.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field;

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role;

  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships and positively influence others;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines;

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French;

  • Member of the CRHA Order (asset).

About the HR Business Partner Position

  • Permanent, full-time 

  • Friday afternoons off  

  • On-site
